Sara Eisen

SaraSara Aliza Eisen, an American television journalist, is currently associated with CNBC. She is the co-anchor of the show "Squawk on the Street" (Closing Bell) and 'Squawk on the Street' (CNBC). She's an Ohio native, and wasn't at all interested in markets or currencies while in college. She worked as an intern at ForexTV.com when she was studying at New York University. This was the place where she got the first experience of business news. Then, she graduated with an advanced degree in broadcast journalism at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. Following that, she completed an internship of four months at Bloomberg TV in Hong Kong. After that, she returned to the United States and started working in Bloomberg's New York office. She was a TV anchor later. CNBC appointed her as a reporter in December 2013. Prior to her appointment at "Closing Bell the show, she was an anchor on 'Worldwide Exchange' and Power Lunch'. Eisen is also a co-anchor of 'Squawk on the Street' since the year 2014. She is among the most reputable business journalists of the present. Since her arrival at CNBC her main concentration has been on the global news for consumers.
